  Neil Gordon

  Professor, University of Hull, UK.

  Research field: Finite Geometry and Applications; HCI, Gamification and Computer-based Instruction; Computer Algebra; Safety and Reliability Analysis; Telehealth; Technology Enhanced Learning and Information Systems.

  Neil is a Professor in Computer Science, a National Teaching Fellow, and a Principal Fellow of AdvanceHE. He has produced a number of reports for AdvanceHE, in particular on how technology enhanced learning can enable flexible pedagogy, on the role of assessment in education, and on ways to address issues in retention and attainment in computing education. His research interests include applications of computer science to enable true technology enhanced learning, issues around sustainable development, as well as more discipline specific work on applications of computer algebra and formal methods.

  Ljiljana Trajkovic

  Professor, IEEE Fellow, Simon Fraser University, Canada.

  Research field: Communication Networks; Dynamical Systems.

  Ljiljana Trajkovic received the Dipl. Ing. degree from University of Pristina, Yugoslavia, the M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering and computer engineering from Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from University of California at Los Angeles. She is currently a professor in the School of Engineering Science, Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Her research interests include communication networks and dynamical systems. Dr. Trajkovic served as IEEE Division X Delegate/Director, President of the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society, and President of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society. She serves as Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems. She is a Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society and was a Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Circuits and System Society. She is a Fellow of the IEEE.

  Vladan Devedzic

  Professor, University of Belgrade, Serbia.

  Research field: Artificial Intelligence; Programming Education; Software Engineering; Intelligent Software Systems; Technology-enhanced Learning (TEL).

  Vladan Devedzic is a Professor of Computer Science and Software Engineering at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Belgrade, Serbia. He also used to teach several Computer Science courses at the School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, as well as at the Military Academy of Serbia (ex Yugoslav Military Academy). Since 2021, he is a Corresponding Member of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts (SASA). He is the founder and the Chair of the GOOD OLD AI research network. Vladan Devedzic has authored/co-authored numerous research papers, published in international and national journals and in edited books, or presented at international and national conferences, as well as six books on intelligent systems and software engineering. Vladan Devedzic is an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Technology Enhanced Learning, and a member of Editorial Boards of three other international scientific journals: International Journal of Web based Communities, International Journal of Knowledge and Learning, and Electronics and Energetics. Vladan Devedzic has given 24 tutorials at international conferences, two in-house tutorials, and has participated as a presenter in a number of national and international seminars.

  Madihah Mohd Saudi

  Professor, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, Malaysia.

  Professor Madihah Mohd Saudi is a pioneering force in cybersecurity and education. As a Professor in the Information Security & Assurance (ISA) Programme, Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), Malaysia, she drives innovation in both realms. Her tenure as USIM's former Chief Information Officer underscores her visionary integration of technology and education. With a remarkable career spanning over 20 years, Prof. Madihah has authored numerous books, strategic plans, and impactful journal papers. She holds esteemed positions worldwide, including Honorary Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Bristol's Cyber Security Group, United Kingdom and Visiting Professor roles at prominent institutions in Indonesia and Uzbekistan. A member of influential organizations like IEEE Computer Society, she excels in cybersecurity and machine learning. Her educational journey, from a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science to a PhD in Computer Security, combined with certifications like GSEC and CEH, reflects her commitment to expertise. Prof. Madihah's influence resonates across borders, shaping a brighter future in cybersecurity and education.
